Return Policy – Majestic Threads Co.

At Majestic Threads Co., we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please review our full policy below so returns are smooth and simple.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery (per carrier tracking).

tems must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging where applicable.

Items showing wear (makeup/deodorant marks, fragrance/odor, pet hair, snags, stretching, stains) are not eligible.

A valid order number is required for all returns.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Final Sale (Not Returnable)

Sale/clearance/markdown items and items purchased with sitewide promo codes marked final sale

Accessories (jewelry, hats, belts, hair accessories)

Intimates/bralettes/bodysuits/swimwear

Gift cards

Preorder or custom items when the product page states final sale

Return Method & Timing

All approved returns are issued as store credit only (no refunds to original payment).

Store credit is provided as a digital gift card/code that never expires.

Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive your return for inspection and processing.

Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email shop.majesticthreads@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of delivery.

  2. If approved, we’ll send the return address and instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Use a trackable service; we’re not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

  4. Unapproved or late returns may be refused or returned to sender at your expense.

Exchanges

Due to limited quantities, we cannot guarantee exchanges.

If you need a different size/color, we recommend ordering the new item now and returning the original for store credit once approved.

Damaged/Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email shop.majesticthreads@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging.

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement (if available) or issue store credit.

Preorders & Mixed Orders

Preorder timelines are noted on product pages. If your order includes preorder + in-stock items, the order may ship together once all items are available (see Shipping Policy).

Preorder items follow the same return rules unless marked final sale on the product page.

Undeliverable/Refused Packages

Packages returned to us as undeliverable/refused will be issued store credit minus shipping once received and inspected.

Please verify your address carefully at checkout; we aren’t able to reroute packages after shipment.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We start processing quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us ASAP at support@majesticthreadsco.com

We cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been submitted or begun processing.

Price Adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments on prior purchases. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively.
